This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Limitless Dynamics LLC ("Sponsor").

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Shopify, ViralSweep, BMW AG, BMW of North America, or any other third party.

The Sweepstakes begins at 1:00:00 PM Pacific Time on July 31 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on August 31 ("Promotion Period").

Only eligible entries received during the Promotion Period will be counted.

There will be a bonus entry period from July 31st 1PM PST to August 2nd 11:59PM PST during this Sweepstakes. Any other bonus entry period will be up to the discretion of Limitless Dynamics LLC.

Unless otherwise expressly stated during a promotional bonus period, eligible purchases will receive ten (10) sweepstakes entries for every one U.S. dollar ($1.00) spent on qualifying merchandise (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, gift cards, and any non-qualifying items). From time to time, Sponsor may offer promotional bonus periods during which eligible purchases may receive additional bonus entries. Any such bonus entry promotion will apply only during the stated promotional period and under the terms announced by Sponsor.

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible to enter or win.

The potential winner must possess a valid, current U.S. driver's license and be legally eligible to register, insure, and operate the prize vehicle at the time of prize verification.

Employees, officers, directors, members, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as any individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Sponsor ships merchandise only within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship to Canada or to any other international destination. Orders placed with a Canadian or international shipping address may be cancelled and refunded.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding the prize.

A. Purchase Method

Receive entries by making eligible purchases through Sponsor's website during the Promotion Period.

The number of entries received depends on the product purchased as advertised on the website.

B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

To receive fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries, handwrite the following information on a single postcard:

• Full legal name
• Complete residential mailing address
• City, State, ZIP Code
• Email address
• Telephone number
• Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY)

All information must be handwritten by the entrant. Photocopies, printed labels, mechanically reproduced entries, or entries completed by another person are void.

Mail-in Entry Requirements:

• One (1) handwritten postcard per person during the Promotion Period.
• Each valid postcard will receive fifty (50) Sweepstakes entries.
• All required information must be complete and legible.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, duplicated, postage-due, or received after the Promotion Period will be void.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable mail.

Each entrant may submit only:

• One (1) mail-in postcard during the Promotion Period
• Unlimited purchase entries unless otherwise stated on the website

Use of automated systems, bots, scripts, macros, AI-generated bulk submissions, or fraudulent methods of entry is prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify anyone attempting to circumvent these rules.

One (1) Grand Prize: 2015 BMW M3

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $30,000 USD

No cash substitution will be provided except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The vehicle is awarded AS IS / WHERE IS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Sponsor makes no warranties regarding:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Mechanical condition
• Future repairs
• Maintenance
• Roadworthiness beyond applicable legal requirements

Winner accepts the vehicle in its current condition.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any repairs, maintenance, recalls, inspections, registration costs, transportation costs, insurance, or operating expenses after transfer.

Winner is solely responsible for:

• Federal taxes
• State taxes
• Local taxes
• Registration fees
• Licensing fees
• Title fees
• Insurance
• Any other costs associated with accepting ownership

Sponsor may require completion of IRS forms prior to awarding the prize.

Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted through the ViralSweep platform.

All entries are securely tracked and managed through ViralSweep to ensure accurate recordkeeping, fairness, legitimacy, and fraud prevention.

The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor's decisions are final.

Potential winner will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

Winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days.

Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winner may be required to complete:

• Affidavit of Eligibility
• Liability Release
• IRS tax documentation
• Publicity Release where permitted by law

Failure to return required documentation may result in disqualification.

Except where prohibited by law, winner grants Sponsor permission to use winner's:

• Name
• Photograph
• Likeness
• Voice
• City and State
• Social media content related to the Sweepstakes

for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• Audit entries
• Investigate suspicious activity
• Remove fraudulent entries
• Disqualify any participant attempting to manipulate the Sweepstakes

Examples include:

• Multiple accounts
• Automated software
• Bots
• Fake identities
• Chargebacks intended to retain entries
• Tampering with the entry process

Sponsor's determination is final.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, ViralSweep, Shopify, payment processors, social media platforms, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

Sponsor shall not be responsible for:

• Lost entries
• Technical failures
• Internet interruptions
• Server failures
• Website outages
• Human error
• Postal delays
• Unauthorized intervention
• Printing errors

If the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• Violates these Official Rules
• Provides false information
• Uses fraudulent methods
• Attempts to interfere with the administration of the Sweepstakes
• Harasses Sponsor or other entrants

This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

Information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used solely for administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.

Sponsor reserves the right to amend these Official Rules as necessary to comply with applicable law or to address unforeseen circumstances affecting the integrity of the Sweepstakes.

Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

If any portion of these Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

To request the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state after the Sweepstakes has concluded, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Sponsor within ninety (90) days following the end of the Promotion Period.
