Name (optional), email address, mobile phone number, your marketing and SMS consent choices, your agreement to the Official Rules, and basic technical data (IP address and browser user agent) used for fraud and abuse prevention. Orders also include the billing and shipping details you give at checkout.

To send you the site password and launch updates, confirm sweepstakes entries, fulfill orders, and — only where you have opted in — send marketing email and SMS. We use your IP address and user agent solely to rate-limit and block automated signups.

We share data with the service providers that run our store and messaging: Shopify (store and customer records), Klaviyo (email and SMS delivery and consent management), and Google Sheets (internal signup records). We do not sell your personal information.

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are stored with Klaviyo, which manages delivery and STOP/START opt-out state. Your mobile opt-in data is never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Reply STOP to any text to stop SMS. Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop email. To access or delete your data, email eric@limitless-dynamics.com and we will respond within 30 days.
